ABSTRACT:Through this chapter it is aimed to know the Human Development. The human being develops various sector- social, spiritual, cultural, emotional, legal, intellectual etc. In this development process depends on education. Importance of education in every human life is most significant. Human development process also depends on human resource. Human resource means- knowledge, skill, attitude, intelligence, creativity and so on. Human resource plays a significant role to develop a human being globally. Education enriches people’s understanding of themselves and the world. It improves the quality of their lives and leads to board social benefit to individuals and society. Education raises people’s productivity and creativity and technological advances. It plays a crucial role in securing economic and social progress and improved income distribution all of which can be acquired by developing professional, social and communication skill through education. Human are think differently in different situation. So, human development process is continuous. In human development process role of society and education both most important and depends each other. Human is a social animal and he/she can develop through education. So, role of education is playing a significant role to development the human.
